Abstract (EN)

These experiments were conducted to determine the effect of the controlled released urea on grain yield and its components in bread wheat in Çukurova environments during 2011/2012 growing season. Common urea (Curea 46-48% N) and controlled released urea (CRurea 42-43% N) which covered with polyetylen and slightly soluble during 3-4 month were used as nitrogen source in experiment. As well as nitrogen type, nitrogen dose, application times and their interactions was evaluated in terms of relation with grain yield and grain yields components. While there was a strong relationship between grain yields and grain number, grain yield and grain weight showed weaker relationships under all conditions. Biomass and grain yield the showed highest and lowest value depending on [Nüre+Küre]-[E]-[N15] and [Küre]-[E]-[N0] application respectively. A significant relationship was detected between harvest index and grain yield (r=-0.903*) for nitrogen doses, while negative tendencies were appeared with other applications.
