Abstract (EN)

In this study, a software has been developed for first class students ofprimary education at initial reading-writing term. The software that hasbeen developed (Speech Recognition Text Editor-KTM) recognizesspeeches of students or teachers and writes to the screen bymicrophone that connected to the computer and it has properties thatcontrol to the program at voiced command base. Besides, KTM is asoftware which has independent working from speaker and doingcontinuous speech recognition. Speech recognition technology wasused in KTM, so the teacher can teach first reading-writing to thestudents. According to the student and also teacher, the effectiveprocess can be provided at first reading-writing term by KTM. While thesoftware can be controlled with nearly 30 voiced command by KTM, it ispossible to recognition about 10 000 sentence or statement. Accordingto the running area, these numbers can be increased.
