Abstract (EN)
Regulations about rental in general and specific to certain situation are available for termination conditions of rental agreements for housing and roofed workplace. In this regard, a meticulous examination and evaluation is required as to which buildings should be considered as housing and workplace, the available regulations about termination grounds for buildings considered as housing and workplace, the appropriate implementation manner for regulations on general rental, the ways of opting for termination through notice or legal remedy, and how tenant-based termination and landowner-based termination are regulated in law. If one of the parties does not fulfill or is late for fulfilment of its respective contractual liabilities, the counterparty shall have right to terminate the agreement. Hereby study seeks providing information about how, under which conditions and by which means tenant or landowner can terminate rental agreement for housing or roofed workplace, as well as consequences of termination.
