The vast majority of world population, supply their protein demand from cereals. The largest amount of protein can be obtained the granular leguminous seeds among vegetable protein sources. In terms of growth area and production amount common bean have the first place in the world among the other granular leguminous seeds which are used for cooking. According to FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) 2009 statistics, in our country growth area and amount of production is recorded as 169.000 He and 784.000 tons respectively. Conventional agriculture is a type of agricultural production which makes it possible to use chemical pesticides, fertilizers, hormone and genetically modified seed. The goal of conventional agriculture is to gain the maximum efficiency from per unit area with the most economical way . Common bean plants grown in conventional conditions ( Phaseolus vulgaris ) in this study was done an analysis of the increasing genes. The cDNA library are established from the leaves of Phaseolus vulgaris by using Suppression Substractive hybridization (SSH) method. Sequence analysis of 58 clones from the leave library was built. Bioinformatics analyzes were carried out to be evaluated the EST sequences of the cDNA sequences. Sequences were compared by the GenBank database belonging to NCBI (National Center for Biotechnology Information) by using the BLAST and BLASTP application. Blast results indicated that 5-methyltetrahydropteroyltri-glutamate-homocysteine methyl transferase 1 isoform, acid phospatase, actin, endopeptidase, callus protein, cysteine-rich secretory protein, chlorophyll a-b binding protein, chloroplast manganese stabilizing protein-II, cytochrome P450 like TBP, D-alanine D alanine ligase, DNAj protein, extracellular dermal glycoprotein, formate dehydrogenase, fructose biphosphate aldolase, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase, histone, KDEL-tailes cystein endopeptidase CEP1, late embryogenesis abundant hydroxyproline-rich glycoprotein, glutathione transferase, methionine syntase, phatogenesis related protein, protease htpx, putative syntaxin-24, s-adenosylmethionine decarboxylase, seed maturation protein PM37, squamous cell carcinoma antigen recognized by T-cell like, thioredoxin-like protein CDSP32, transcription factor MYB44, translationally-controlled tumor protein like, universal stress protein, vignain encoding coding genes. Especially; glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase, fructose bisphosphate aldolase enzymes are important due to taking role in the plant's carbonhydrate and protein metabolism, seed maturation protein's significancy is ensuring the development of the plant's embryo.
