Özet (EN)

Even though the stone quarries around Ankara Yolu in Konya Province are evaluated positively in terms of EIA and Environmental Permit processes separately, due to the fact that they are disturbed in terms of air pollution at a remarkable level for the people of the region and those passing by D715 Highway; In order to evaluate the total (cumulative) pollution on a regional basis, PM10 and PM2.5 measurements were made in the study area in 2018 and 2019. On 15.08.2018, daily PM10 concentration was 230.07 µg/m3, and on 22.06.2018, daily PM2.5 concentration was measured as 226.44 µg/m3 maximum. The hourly PM10 concentration measured in 2019 peaked at 33333.33 µg/m3 and the PM2.5 concentration at 23529.41 µg/m3. These measurements were compared with the results obtained from the AERMOD View Modeling, which was run by creating a grid with 250 m intervals on an area of 15 km diameter for the years 2018 and 2019, and it was concluded that the land measurements were compatible with the modeling result. Due to the fact that the facilities operate 300 days a year, 8 hours a day, daily and annual averages have provided the limit values of the Regulation. However, according to the modeling results, KVS(Short term limit value), UVS (Long term limit value) and PM10 exceedance numbers could not be met the limit values given in the Regulation.
