Abstract (EN)

Oral studies is a field of research that seeks to reveal the changes and interactions that have occurred in the branches of a language that have spread to different geographical areas over time. The differences between the standard written language and the spoken language are examined, bringing forgotten linguistic treasures to light. This study provides information on the oral examination conducted in the neighborhoods of Ayrıtepe, Cebrail, Turgut, Piribeyli, Kuzören, Kıllar, and Yığar in the Yunak district of Konya province. In the central and rural neighborhoods within the boundaries of Yunak, guides who knew the region well were contacted, and with their guidance, women and men over the age of fifty who preserved the local dialect were identified. The study was conducted with the local people who possessed these characteristics, in accordance with the compilation criteria. In the texts section, audio recordings taken from a total of twenty-eight people have been transcribed using the transliteration alphabet to reflect the dialect features of the region. In the analysis section, the phonological and morphological features of the Yunak dialects have been identified. In the vocabulary section, words appearing in the texts that show differences from the standard written language have been discussed along with their variants. Noteworthy linguistic features of the Yunak dialects are detailed in the conclusion section.
