The expulsion from the cooperative partnership

Our examining subject is ?The Expulsion from The Cooperative Partnership? which is received priority considetation by Law No:1163 Cooperative Law. Firstly, our examination begins with making a common research and it consists of two sections except introduction and conclusion.In the first section, Cooperative is identified generally and the gaining and losing of partnership name are investigated.In the second section, The expulsion from Cooperative partnership is come up with Law No: 3476 that is taken in to consideration with jurisdiction change.
