Özet (EN)
In this study, hadiths about the saliva of a dog narrated by especially Abu Huraira and a few companions has been tried to be evaluation in term of muniment and text. As result of the investigation of the source, we have reached 39 narrations about the subject. These narratives after the review of documant, five of the said narratives have been found to be weak and the remaining 34 narrtives are found correct. After proof criticism passed text criticism and hadiths have been evaluated in terms of text criticism criteria. Later interpreter on commented on the hadits and how the hadiths are used in islamic sciences. After all these reviews, it doesn't have the same content as the Qur'an in the terms of text criticism and because of its contradictions with similar hadiths and because today's medicine is not in harmony with the facts about the dog's saliva, we must be cautious against the accuracy of our hadiths.
