Özet (EN)

The aim of this study was to provide increasing chewing efficiency of teeth and of ten dog and also continuation instinctive behaviors such as defence by using dental implants and cron restoration male and female dogs by pulling out tooth roots that it lost because of tooth extraction. After routine clinical examination, teeth roots remains of broken teeth extracted out under general anaesthesia. After providing tissue recovery, operation was carried out by using dental surgical (Nucleoss, Turkey) set under general anaestesia. The operation was started with H shaped incision between two adjacent teeth, and soft tissue removed by using periodontal elevator, and reached maxillar and mandibular bone tissues. Cavities were prepared by using sharp drills. Dental implants which matched to maxillar thickness measured from the periapical x-rays, 8 mm length and 3.8 mm wide (nucleoss, T3) were used. For this purpose, eight implant were placed in to the bone, and the soft tissue was closed with 3-0 vıcryl suture (Eticon, Turkey) material. Systemic antibiotic was used in postoperative period, and gave importance to oral hygiene. It was avoided to create loading on implant in early stage. After bone implant osteointegration, cron upper structure was prepared in a dental laboratory, according to measurements taken from the related areas, and stick on the implants by using glass ionomer cement. In this study, Stability of implant in bone tissue consideres as a criteria in view not to being paing, bleeding, oedema, proper chewing functions, that the cron-implant integration being endure in a long period and it was regarded as available application in veterinary practice.
