Abstract (EN)

The main goal of this study is to examine the relationship between fear of coronavirus and intention to leave and the mediating role of organizational loyalty in this relationship. Data was collected from 389 health workers in the province of Erzincan using the survey approach in order to test the models and hypotheses developed for this purpose. The data was examined with the SPSS 21 and AMOS 24 applications. As a result of the analysis, fear of coronavirus had a positive effect on intention to leave, but no significant relationship was found between fear of coronavirus and organizational loyalty. It was discovered that organizational loyalty has a negative impact on the intention to leave, and finally, it has been determined that organizational loyalty does not play a moderating function in the relationship between fear of coronavirus and intention to leave.
