Visfatin and leptin levels in coronary slow fluid

Phenomenon of Coronary Slow Fluid is that movement of opac substance to distal vascular area is slowly when coronaryanraphy(CAG) made. İt is not classified definitely because of its? clinical and laboratory pecularities. Coronary Slow Fluid probably a component of the atherosclerosis like SyndromeX,Coronary Artery Ectasia and Coronary Artery Aneurism.Data that gained from experiment of humans and animals indicated that hiperleptinemia related with increased insidance of cardiovascular morbidity.On the other hand,relationship inter visfatin molecule and unstable lesions manifested in coronary artery diseased population.Currently, effect of visfatin and leptin on ethyopathogenesis of Coronary Slow Fluid can not be known. There is not any experiment about this matter. We aimed to comparison of plasma leptin and visfatin levels in CSF, coronary artery disease(CAD) and normal coronary artery(NCA) and research that value of leptin and visfatin amongst other classical risk factors that accepted in CAD.Totally subjects 120 is interned to study that 40 subjects CSF,40 subjects is CAD(Grup of CAD1 is totally 11 subjects that have %50 or more stenosis in their one coronary artery, Grup of CAD2 is totally 14 subjects that have %50 or more stenosis in their two coronary artery, , Grup of CAD3 is totally 15 subjects that have %50 or more stenosis in their three coronary artery)and 40 subjects is control group (Normal Coronary Artery: NCA) Serum visfatin and leptin levels was measured from serum that is obtined by centrifigation of blood and stored at -20 0C by ELISA method. The length, weight and body mass index (BMI) of patients were measured. Biochemical parameters including total cholesterol, LDL-C, HDL-C,ürea, creatinine and hs-CRP levels were measured by the auto-analyzer.We examined serum visfatin and leptin levels in CSF( that considered a part of CAD) referrred to many study that claimed serum visfatin and leptin levels increase in CAD. Serum visfatin and leptin levels is not meaningful both dual comparisonal statistical analyzes ( included to CAD) and at every groups oneself inner analyzes.
