An investigation on the effect of KOSGEB entrepreneurial trainings on the entrepreneurial tendencies of the entrepreneurial candidates

Entrepreneurship has been one of the issues of great importance in our country as in most developing countries in recent years. Evaluating and measuring these supports given by KOSGEB, which provides support to SMEs in the field of entrepreneurship and providing trainings to them and determining the effects of entrepreneurial candidates on entrepreneurial trends, the output of this thesis study point. The main group of these studies prepared in this direction are the entrepreneurial candidates who apply to KOSGEB in Izmir and Manisa provinces. Data were collected by applying questionnaires before and after entrepreneurship training to the candidates. The main objective of the study is to demonstrate the effects of KOSGEB entrepreneurship trainings on entrepreneurial candidates' entrepreneurial trends and their sub-factors. Whether the entrepreneurial tendency and sub-factors differ according to some demographic characteristics before and after training has been tested and the satisfaction of the entrepreneurial candidates from education has been evaluated. At the end of the study, it was found that entrepreneurial tendencies and sub-factors differed significantly according to some demographic characteristics. In addition, it has been observed that entrepreneurship trainings affect entrepreneurship tendencies and sub-factors at certain rates.
