It must be plannedperfectly from decision to operating. In our country surface dressingis the most widely used road model. But these roads looses theirservicebility nearly at the half of their theoritical design life. This meanshundred millions dollars maintainence cost for every year.In the existing applications it?s hard to see the sensivity about trafficsecurity. In a country where nearly %40 of population lives in ruralareas, it?s normal to have high accident risc while most of ways areunder inadequate service capacity and no sensivity about trafficsecurtiy.
