Adverbs of quantity from Kipchak Turkish to Tatar Turkish

In this thesis, the quantity adverbs belonging to the Kipchak Turkish period were evaluated and the adverbs that continue to be used in today's Tatar Turkish were investigated. Tatar grammar books and dictionaries were used to identify the words which are currently used in Tatar Turkish. The study consists of three main parts. In the "Introduction" section of the thesis, A. The Subject and Problems of the Study, B. The Purpose and Importance of the Study, C. The Method of the Study, D. The Limits of the Study have been indicated. In the Conceptual Framework, which is the first part of the thesis, the literature on Adverbs, Types of Adverbs, Kipchak Turkish and Tatar Turkish have been reviewed and examined in detail. In the second part of the thesis, Findings and Discussion, the quantity adverbs in the Historical Dialects of Turkish were examined, the quantity adverbs in Kipchak Turkish and Tatar Turkish were scanned from grammar books, dictionaries and works belonging to various periods. As a result, extensive work has been completed on adverbs. The quantity adverbs have been examined and compared in different time intervals since the first written sources of Turkish. It has been determined that the quantity adverbs used in Kipchak Turkish continue to be used in Tatar Turkish by undergoing some phonetic and morphological changes.
