Fiqh prespectives which emerge because of reading differences

This research examines fiqh perspectives which emerge because of reading differences. The reason of disputes among Faqhis is that they effort to reveal the truth. Every Faqhi and fiqh ecols used to do studies and researches aiming for this. The reasons of disputes are not because of personal issues, moreover they did not use to like disputing. About these disputes every sides used to have logical reasons in their way. As a result of the research, the fact that fiqh dissensions should be examined in three parts has been revealed. First one is dissensions which are accepted; insert provision leave at person's own volition; different choices like dividend hajj, overdoing hajj or Qırân hajj Second one is criticised dissensions: The reason of this illiteracy is yielding to flesh, communion or bigotry opposing to prophetic method. Third one is dissensions in logic frame. These occur in terms of portent and proof ijtihad issues. As it has many reasons also differences of reading. As it is seen; some parts of Quran are classified as mütewatir, the other part are as Shazz. All fiqhs accepted as Mutewatr readings are reliable. Hanbeli believers and Hanefi believers accepted as proof on Sheri issues on the contrary Shafi and Maliki believers did not. In this research the reason of differences of reading Qur'an (qiraat) is because of disagreements of Fiqhs and it is tried to show on examples.
