Abstract (EN)

al-Andalus under the domination of Muslims has preserved its intriguing character from many aspects like the historical period in which it arised, the geographical area that it continued to exist in, its political dominance and the time of collapse. In additon to the political history, the cultural and scientific background of al-Andalus has a contribution to this concern. al-Andalus, particularly in recitation (ilm al-qira'ah), tafseer and hadith, had made impression in so far as being a region for Islamic sciences that became influential in subsequent periods. It is not overstatement to say that ilm al-qira'ah has a special position among the aforementioned sciences. Because some treatises had been compiled in this region. In this article, the emergence of ilm al-qira'at in al-Andalus will be evaluated on through the region of Egypt. Because there is a very remarkable interaction between these regions. Therefore, the issue had been evaluated in terms of some people and master-disciple relation among them. As the occasion arised, some considerations and reviews had been made because of similar issues. Key Words: İlm al-qira'ah, al-Andalus, Egypt, Scientific Interaction, Rihla.
