The credit risk manegement and aktive credit system

In this study, at the banks which are financial institutions, methods related to commertial credit were examined. It is an important problem which problems should be evaluated while the bank gives credit to commertial bank. Each bank evaluates the application of credit by examining the accuantancy records of the firms and by taking into consideration a certain risk level so that it can secure the amount of credit that it provides. Our aim is to be improved at a different method so that it can benefit as well as financial analysis of financial and non-financial of the accountancy records so that the decision that the bank make can be more healthy.At the practices examined, after the accountancy records of ten firms are examined the financial analysis of financial and non-financial. After these firms calculated the rating scores are examined their accuantancy records, all bianary combinations created are also calculated Kendall relation coefficient. Then these relation coeffients calculated are formed for each firm in the form of relation matris in terms of information summarized.The bank was enabled to make a decision by predicting formed clearly in credit level by using relation matris comments at the rating scores that it can?t take a conclution at decision making.
