Abstract (EN)
Crisis has been seen as the biggest factor that defeats businesses inside and outside. We can describe crisis as a progress that comes up suddenly and which is retrogressive. On the basis of organizations we can see crisis as suddenly coming up internal and external threats that aim for ruin firm?s balance.The biggest mission falls to a manager of a business than everyone about foreseeing, sensing the crisis and turn it to advantage before it happens. Crisis management strategies help managers in these situations. Crisis management is to determine the factors that lead to crisis, taking corrective measures which wont be a problem in long term and making urgent situation plans in order to avoig a possible future crisis. The important thing in crisis mangement is not avoiding crisis or solve it, but it is preventing crisis before it happens or transforming crisis to success for organization. The manager?s behaviours that will provide businesses to affect least from crisis in crisis process, are tried to examined in this study. The results of the field study shows that in crisis situation manager?s behaviours matters and that the decisions of managers, the business politics that will be determined by managers and will be applied by the company are the deterministics of company?s position when the crisis is over.Key Words: Manager, crisis, crisis mangement, success, business.
