Abstract (EN)
It has been provided that healthcare provides who become infected with Crimean-Congo Haemorrhogic fever (CCHF) acquire the virus from direct contact with blood or other infected tissues or they may become infected from a tick bite. This situation lead to anxiety in population, and reduces health and quality of life. Detection of unit of struggle intervention with C.C.H.F. disease and qualitie, of risk groups clothes are very important for prevention and prophylaxis of infection.The aim of this study is to determine the qualities of prorective clothing and accessories to help prevent tick bites and decrease the risk of disease.The units of struggle-intervention with C.C.H.F disease and risk groups in Turkey constitute the nature them research.Study population nurses, doctors and medical staff Department of Clinical Microbilogy & İnfectious Diseases. Ankara Numune Education and Research Hospital, Veterinarians The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Ankara Universty, Microbiology and biologist Refik Saydam National İnstitu of Hygine Ankara, Vetereinarians veterinary Public Healty Services Repuclic of Turkey Ministry of agriculture and rural affairs general directorate of protection and control Ankara, Medical staff Regional Public Healthy Laboratary Local Health Authority of Denizli , Laboratarions and medical staff Çorum State Hospital, Department of Microbiology Veterinarians and daricultural engineers. Departmant of animal Healty Tokat Provincial Directorate of Ministry of Agriculture, Tokat.In that research, ?survey? method has been used. After questionnaire has been prepared, it has been performed in two stages: pilot stage and main stage. Pilot application has been performed with veterinary surgeons at Ankara University, Faculty of Veterinary Science, Parasitology Department. Necessary corrections have been made in questionnaire according to expert suggestions and criticisms about subject. For that purpose, three different questionnaire forms have been prepared in order to apply to risk groups and struggle-intervention with C.C.H.F disease. Firstly, the qualities of current protective clothing for C.C.H.F disease have been ascertained. Then, necessary qualities of clothes which will be used to keep away from C.C.H.F disease have been specified and according to these qualities, protective clothing patterns have been prepared.Conclusions, it is ascertained that protective clothing which have been used by risk groups and struggle-intervention with C.C.H.F disease are not convenient for working conditions. It has been come through that these groups think more positively about designs which have been prepared according to necessary qualities of protective clothing. This research is the first study in Turkey as a research paper of master?s degree about protective clothing design to keep away from C.C.H.F disease
