Abstract (EN)

There have been a lot of wars between Ottoman Empire and Russia throughout history. One of these wars is the Crimean War which started in the mids of XIX. century and becoming a Europan war by the involvement of England, France and later Premonte. Crimean War happened in many different fronts. Wallachia-Moldavia was also invaded by Russia during this war and Wallachia-Moldavia lands witnessed some struggles between Ottoman Empire and Russia. Russia ordered the Wallachia-Moldavia rulers (beys) to interrupt the relations with Ottoman Empire and not to send the taxes during this invasion Russia puplished a declaration to Wallachia-Moldavia citizens during the invasion and stated that their intention for his invasion was to protect them, but not to disrupt the order there. However they behaved the opposite way and this disturbed the Wallachia-Moldavia people. In this study events happened in Wallachia-Moldavia during Crimean War were held. Struggles on these lands between Ottoman Empire and Russia before and during the war were tried to be explained with the support of archive documents.
