Abstract (EN)
The European countries and USA, known as developed countries the competitive pressures of the Far Eastern countries, which are influenced by the industrialization and technological developments, it began to feel well towards the end of the 20th century. In this competitive environment, the enterprises have entered into various quests to ensure the sustainability of high profitability besides not harming. Just in time production and Total Quality Management approaches based on Japan have been adopted, while some businesses have preferred to go for more specific methods. The Theory of Constraints developed by Dr.Eliyahu Goldratt from these original methods constituted the subject of this work. Theory is first explained with the outlines. Then, in order to better understand your work, a food production company has been implemented. In the practice, the constraints of the production process of the firm were determined and the stages of the theory of the removal of these constraints were applied in order. It is clearly demonstrated in this executions that profitability is provided in production by removing constraints in the enterprise.
