During the study, both data has been collected by searching literature and the field survey has been realized by conducting a poll. According to the findings of the application, it has been determined that the small and medium sized companies in the industrial area of Antakya aren?t predisposed to being institutional concerning their management perception and that a certain corporate governance perception doesn?t exist in most of the companies. Besides, there have been made some suggestions to the companies having taken place in the application and to the other ones regarded as small and medium sized companies about revising their method of management.
