Abstract (EN)

In today's conditions, we are in constant interaction with individuals from different cultures. The communication, which is established in a way that makes it tolerant and understanding of individuals from different culture, ensures that the individuals live in harmony. The basis of tolerant communication is based on the phenomenon of cultural intelligence, which is the individual ability that can be developed later. The high level of cultural intelligence also affects the intercultural sensitivity positively, enabling the individual to be sensitive toward and compatible with different cultures. The purpose of this research is to determine whether cultural intelligence has an impact on intercultural sensitivity. The random sampling method was used to select respondents for the questionnaire, which was conducted with 544 people in Hatay, Gaziantep and Kielce / Poland. The data was evaluated using the statistical analysis method. According to the results of regression analysis; The dimensions of cultural intelligence have been found to have an effect on the sub-dimensions of intercultural sensitivity like responsibility, self-respect, happiness, and carefulness. When the demographic characteristics are evaluated, gender and educational status did not have an impact on cultural intelligence and sensitivity. According to the findings, recommendations were made.
