Abstract (EN)

This study, which deals with "Children's Rights in the Qur'an", consists of an introduction, two parts and a conclusion. In the introduction part, the subject of the research, its importance, purpose, method and related studies are included in terms of being a preliminary preparation. In the first chapter, the conceptual definitions and historical framework of the subject are given. These definitions are an important support in forming the basis of our study. In the second part, around two main headings; It has been divided into periods as prenatal rights and postnatal rights, what the rights of the child are, who should meet these rights, and who has the responsibilities, in the light of the Qur'an and hadiths. In the conclusion part, the child, who is the smallest member of the family, transforms into another family, which is the smallest structure of the society, and later on the necessity of being a society and the necessity of recognizing its value in terms of being the basis for the formation of a great civilization, and as a result of this necessity, the necessity of surrendering all the rights it has.has been reached.
