Makasid-i şeria (the aims of Islamic Law) in Qur?an stories

Qur?an express its aim in a clear and comprehensible/apparent way. In doing so, it uses different methods and techniques, one of which is story/tale. This method with completely special characteristic constitutes one third of Seemingly these stories which constitute a large part of Holly Qur?an are doubtlessly narrated with an obvious goal.God sent Qur?an so as to provide humans with happiness both in this and other world. It is neccessary for us to understand goals in question so that these happiness can come true. To understand those goals, we have primarily researched what is story/kıssa and noticed that it has a peculiar technique. We have also understood that the aims of stories can not be different from those of Qur?an. Finally we have determined the universal aims in stories, namely zaruriyyat (necessities). In order to carry out this properly, we have tried to comprehend makasıd-ı şeria (the aims of Islamic Law) and maslahat.Consequently, we concluded that Quran and ıts stories may have general aims (makasıd), and that appropriate judgments can be derived/inferred with these aims.
