This situation mean for consumer is much more alternative and for companies is much more competetiors and competition For companies, in this competitive pressure athmosphere, having a competitive constitution and keeping this constitution against to their competitors is depends on suppliying the consumers expectations by different ways and more economical rather than other competitors. At this point, logistic actions are important for companies cause they save the cost and also hard to being followed by competitors This study aims to consider logistic in international competition case. Because as a reality, the globalizasition that has marked on 21 st century is depends on entegration of global economies and freedom of global trade. Based on this, companies being in competition cruelly for having more voice on global vii trade and this competition caused to associtate the markets and transformed them into a global form. The most important condition of trading in global market is competing with international companies which have a big market participation both on quality and also price and service. Under these circumstances, implementation of logistic actions are very important for the companies which being a part of global market becuse they bring cost advantage, speed and unique implementation. At the end of study, an example company group that have been chosen inside the exporter companies that suppliying the global market by their goods and service, if they consider the logistic as an honor and a competition tool, the results have been presented with a clear explanation.
