World water rights and Turkey

In this study, water rights were discussed. In introduction, importance of water and characteristics, water pollution and protection were taken for human health and sustainability of enviroment. In background study, investigations were made for related works of water rights, advices for problems and solutions. In the World and in our Country, water needs, protection of water for livings and pollution were investigated. When laws, rules and regulations about water and water rights were investigated with the ecologial systems, interrelation mechanisms came out. These interrelations were gathered and a model improved. This improved model introduced is expected to set up a base for prospective rules and regulations.
