The effect of city dynamics to the process of urban regeneration about globalization issue

As whole world, Turkey had some changes too in city area as a result of rapid urbanization and globalization with the process of industrialization. The effects of globalization are lived in cities at today`s world and cities had some advantages with the circulation of capital. When we analyse this changes in cities, we can realize that the city dynamics public appearenced by globalization effect the process of this. In the light of this progresses, this study firstly took a look to the notion of globalization and urban regeneration and defined the effects of city dynamics about globalization issue. To understand a fact we must know how it happens. So next step would be the urban dynamics about the process of development of city and finally the effects of urban dynamics about globalization issue were studied. ?stanbul, the most important metropol in Turkey and a city that the effects of globalization are seen, is selected as a sample. Firstly the effect of globalization and the changes made by globalization to the city area was determined in ?stanbul and the urban regenaration projects were analysed about this xivsubject.
