Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to examine the types of influences of the relationshipsbetween globalization-culture on educational organizations and the perceptions of thisinfluence by the primary school teachers.In this research, The Efects of Globalisation-Cultural Relations on EducationalOrganizations are analyzed by five-likert-type scale improved by the researcher. Themeasure device consists of four independent variables, thirty five dependent variables. Theefects are investigated according to the independent variables of gender, seniorty, thegraduation department and the time spent at school. The first section of the survey containsitems to measure the situation of the educational organizations in the point of the teacherrepresentation of their school, the second section contains items to measure the culturaleffects of globalisation on students and the third section contains items to measure theteachers? ability of understanding the globalisation.Meaningful differences were found according to the independent variables of sex,length of service, the graduated department and the working time at their school in theperceptions of the teachers for the influence of the relationships between globalization andculture in general on our culturel structure, schools, students and on the types of the teachers?being influenced.For the base of research 2545 full time teachers at the 154 primary schools in theprovince of Kayseri during the 2004-2005 educational term were used. For the setting ofexample 519 teachers were selected from the base at random. Data gathered by inquiries wereanalyzed by SPSS 11 for Windows using frequencies, percentages, means, standarddeviations, reliability analysis, t-Test ve variance(ANOVA) analysis.
