Reflections of globalization comments on the Turkish public administration system

The aim of this research is to deal with the globalization process, which affects almost every area in the changing and developing world, and to reveal the reflections of the basic globalization approaches on the Turkish public administration system. In this context, the concept of management has been discussed, the basic features of the Turkish public administration system have been examined, and the concept of reform, which is a tool of change in public administration, has been discussed. Then, the main globalization approaches, the extreme globalist approach (radicals), the anti-globalization approach (skeptics/skeptics), and the transformational approach and their basic principles are discussed. The main theses advocated by globalization approaches and the points where they overlap in the Turkish public administration system have been tried to be determined. The prepared study is largely based on qualitative research. Since the theoretical dimension of the study is more dominant than the application dimension, the literature review method was mainly applied. In this direction, it can be said that the meta-analysis method is used since previous studies are used. Since Turkish public administration is examined in general terms in the research, the Republic of Turkey can be accepted as a sample. The advantage of this situation is that it allows general inferences, while its limitation is the differences at the local level and the inability to go into details.
