Abstract (EN)

It has been analysed, the concept of globalization and its development on theworld and where its efficient and how is the historical development period. Accordingto researches; the main seeds of the global world process has began with thealternation at end of the middle ages. With its dimensions which should be analysedwithin the political, socio-cultural, economical dimensions, the main actors ofglobalization are multi national companies and global organizations.Globalization which has also affected the nation-state structure, hasmaintained a consciousness about there should be an alternation in many countries.Bureucratically, administrative structures of countries whica are continouslyalternating, has been in a period of alternation and restructure.Until Otoman Empire it has also been in a period of change till today. After theestablishment of Republic of Turkey sometimes there have been some disorders, sothat there have been an unhealthy period. Some of the administrative structreadjusted from Otoman Empire has changed, whether sometimes big changes or littleretouches. The biggest change can be seen on the last decade of 20th Century.Key words; globalization, bureaucracy, nation-state, Otoman Empire, Turkey after theRepublic.
