Abstract (EN)

All of the cultural elements that the Anatolian geography features in general are rich enough to examine. In this culturally rich geography, each feature of which is to be dwelled on in a vital way, Harput region, having a big and long-established structure with its specific qualities, is quite valuable with regard to its cultural elements. The works that appear as one of the indispensable practices of Harput and are performed in the gatherings names as Kürsübaşı/Kayabaşı/Havuzbaşı, are important to understand and evaluate the possessed cultural structure. In this study, after having given information about Harput and music culture in general terms, twenty works from the makams, which are known with the name of Muhalif and Kurdi in the region and performed in these practices belonging to Harput, are studied in terms of Kind and Form.
