The transcription and assessment of the I.II.III. volumes of the ays of Indpendent Magazin

The first edition of this piece has been published in 16 May 1913/R. 3 March 1329. It has published onlay 3 volume. The owner and founder of the magazine is Mehmet Şeref Bey. Especially, information is provided about educational, social and economik condition of the country and also about the persons, who played a role in the establishment of the Ottoman Empire. The Journal has focused on the education how important issue for improvement of Turkish Nation. The journal has understood what the problem in the state administration is with located in the state of Ingathering originated dignitaries. Furthermore, according to the journal, the way to remove the state is education which has fallen from a difficult situation and also The Ottoman Empire has given this work to non-specialist in the past without an important.
