Abstract (EN)
Today, it is desirable to use dried fruit and vegetables sliced into packaged food to be used in the food sector and presented to the market. Dried and sliced fruits and vegetables are now widely used in the food industry. In this study, a cube cutting machine was designed and manufactured to be used for slicing dried and sliced vegetables and fruits into cubes. We designed cube cutting machine in a more uniform manner, taking into account the criteria for performing standard geometry cutting and for faster cutting. We have been able to produce 150-225 kg / hour with a similar machine before, but we have achieved a production of 300-350 kg / hour with the newly designed and manufactured machine
