Abstract (EN)
This study about techniques and management strategies that can be implemented to monitor and promote continual improvement throughtout the organization. Auditing, assessing and reviewing for continual improvment will ensure that changes add value, the organization is competitive and risks are reported. Auditing for continual improvement will bring about the ongoing improvement that many organizations desire.Although much has been written about continual improvement in the last 20 years, many folks stil don?t understand the concept of never-ending improvment. So continual improvment is a process of ongoing changes to benefit an organization.Continual improvment assessments consist of four strategies that can be used to ases, monitor and promete continual improvement on a continuous basis.First auditors can use process auditing techiques to verify that improvement is taking place. Second, they can conduct process audit to identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities to improve. Third, auditors can conduct a gap analysis to compare the current process aganist other mature criteria, such as TS EN ISO 9004, benchmarked practies or award criteria and report back to managememnt. Fourth, auditors can conduct perception surveys to gauge the success of the organization?s strategies and policies to achieve continual improvment.
