The effect of organizational emotional memory and organizational learning on sustainability

Our study was created in line with the goal of measuring the effect of organizational emotional memory and organisational learning on sustainability. Research is available in the literature in which topics of emotional memory and organizational learning are examined together. But a study examining the effect of emotional memory and organisational learning on the issue of sustainability does not exist. This study examined the impact of organizational emotional memory on organizational learning and sustainability, and the impact of organizational learning on sustainability. In this scope, the effect of organizational emotional memory on sustainability through organizational learning has been explored to fill the gap in the literature. The research was conducted using online survey method with a sample of 513 people, mainly from businesses operating in Istanbul province and Marmara District. As a result of the study, it was revealed that organizational emotional memory has an impact on organizational learning and organizational learning has an impact on sustainability, while organizational emotional memory has an impact on sustainability through organizational learning.
