Interactive justice discourse in corporate communication experience: A historical assessment

The main subject of this study is the interactional justice discourse, which points to the social aspect of the consept of justice. İn this study it is aimed to determine the theoretical aspects of the concepts of justice, communication and management, through indicating the historical construction and also change of such consepts in by assessing the scholars of different periods, the roles they play in the social and institutional structure, the evalution, comparison and the emerging effect of such consepts by ectablishing a connection between the past and the present. Putting, whith purporse to reach the concept of interactional justice, which is the determinant of institutional life, and to make its theoretical analysis. The joint effort of all people in historical memory; İt is aimed at the ideal of living a just, happy and prosperous life. All kinds of injustice and miscommunication problems that arise in this common life disrupt the order, cause changes in people's behavior as well as a perception of injustice. Thus, while justice and communication are the determinants of institutional life, they also reveal the individual and institıtional power of these consepts. İn historical experience, it is the human element that ensures the continuity of all institutions and also affects them. The form of justice applied by the human element and the form of communication used affect both the quality of interpersonal relations and the management style. Therefore, in historical experience, the elements that managers should give importance to are people, justice and comminication. Since justice occurs with people and emerges in the proces of interpersonal interaction. İn this process, the principles of communication ethics and perception of equality are reflected in people's actions. The common emphasis of historical experience, regarding this is that the inner nature/hygiene of people determines their outer actions. This actions are reflected in the institution and people. For this reason, in order to create a community of virtuous people, first of all, it is necessary to ensure that people grow up as a just and fair individual. For, in historical memory, the factor that determines justice's being a force that ensures institutional balance order, unity and equality is human.
