Abstract (EN)

The aim of survey is to measure effects of institutional social responsibility activities and to measure its effects taking support of employee profile in private hospitals about the subject. Staff of private hospitals that carry on a business in İstanbul make up population. The search is conducted based on questionairre technique. A questionairre which is made up of two scales about institutional social responsibility and corporate reputation is used in survey. It is benefited from a scale consists of 26 question items totally that Çalışkan and Ünüsan implemented (2011), for corporate reputation and survey questions. As to corporate reputation scale, a gauge contains 32 question items which in Baran's and co-workers' study (2009) is applied. Questionairres were made by workers autonomously. Surveys are eventuated in method of Regretion and Factor analysis' in SPSS 23.0 programme. Voluntaristic Social Responsibility, Ethical Social Responsibility, Economical Social Responsibility, Legal Social Responsibility relations are compared statistically. It's come through that institutional social responsibility has great influence over corporate reputation, when voluntaristic and ethical social responsibilities which ones of institutional social responsibility sub-dimensions have influence over corporate reputation, ethical and legal social responsibilities aren't effective on corporate reputation of establishments in research result.
