Abstract (EN)

Firms, corporate social responsibility activities are included in corporate governance in order to create diversity and to reach sustainable targets. This study aims to determine the effect of the interaction between corporate governance and corporate social responsibility on the BİST corporate governance indices. The concept of corporate social responsibility in the first part of the study, approaches and areas of responsibility, in Turkey and are given detailed information about the duration of the development of corporate governance in the world. The second part of the study of corporate governance concepts, principles, theories and published reports, detailed information is given on the corporate governance system in Turkey and the world. This section was finally located in Turkey and made literature on corporate governance and corporate social responsibility in the world of work mentioned. In the third and final part of the study, the efficiency of corporate governance and corporate governance practices on BİST corporate governance indexes is examined. The sample is to find the input-output composition that produces the maximum output with minimum input by applying the Data Envelopment Analysis method. At the end of the chapter, a general evaluation is made on the obtained findings. Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance, Data Envelopment Analysis
