Abstract (EN)
In recent years, many businesses have entered into competition with each other in order to comply with corporate governance principles that are issued by OECD and that are one of the most important advancements in business administration are issued by OECD and they considered to announce this competition to public as an obligation. But the corporate governance principles are more important for shareholders and investors than businesses though it covers them. Whereas, human determines the future and the profitability of an institution. For this reason, in this study it was tried to show how the employees are affected by the corporate governance principles. Today information economy is dominant and ?information? is the most important power and this power can only be achieved by people. For this reason, while applying corporate governance principles, it is important that how and in what direction employees? commitment to the institution is affected by this. For this purpose, corporate governance and commitmnent to institution concepts were investigated in detail in this study and the relationship between them was shown to focus on the factors which can provide the employees? commitment to the institution. In this context, a research was made to prove that there are differences between businesses which apply corporate governance and which do not apply corporate governance with respect to the labor conditions, and rules applied to the employees. It was seen that the corporate governance applications decrease the working power cycle rate and it was proved that the corporate governance applications have a positive effect on the commitment of the employees to the institution.
