A research to determine the ethical sensitivity of 5-starhotel employees in Kuşadası

Ethics is a subject that has been constantly discussed from the past to the present. Ethics is closely related to many disciplines at the national and international level. Especially when it is evaluated in terms of an industry such as tourism where many nations come together, its importance becomes extremely evident. In this study, it was aimed to determine the ethical sensitivity levels of 5-star hotel employees. While conducting the research, a literature review was made from secondary data sources. The main mass of the study; It was determined as the employees of the 5-star hotels in Turkey, and the employees of the 5-star hotels in Kuşadası were determined as the sample for the representation of the main mass. The main purpose of the research is to determine the ethical sensitivity levels of the employees of the 5-star hotels in Kuşadası. The sub-purpose of the study is to reveal whether the ethical sensitivity levels of employees differ according to demographic characteristics. As a result of the research, it was determined that ethical sensitivity levels differ according to demographic characteristics. Since there is no study of ethical sensitivity in the field of tourism, it is thought that the study will contribute to the literature.
