Abstract (EN)

The (şer?i) register of Kütahya in number 8, which we have choasen a subject of study,consist of registration of lawcourt which occured in Kütahya and in its sumoundings in 1810-1811in our study, transcriptions of registration of lawcourt like official sertificate, warrant,heritage, formal correspondences, Pious foundations the organization of (Kassamlık) and theiropperccuation and classification exist.As it is known recistiration of (Şeriye) means judgements of lawcards. Thisjudgements,which continue from the term of Ottoman Empire to nowadays ocquaint us aboutsocial, political and financial life of the society. For example, we can learn the social structureof the society and their mutual relationship by looking the knowledges which have beenentered in register, and can learn the financial structure by looking at registrations of heribageand we can learn the content of the relationship between centre and country by looking atcentral Decree studying on these documents longer and making known to the public thestudies will make what is unkmown and deficient about Ottoman society clean.n the register, each of the ovents, wich has transfered to the lawcount from Kütahyaand its surroundings, has conclued in positive or negative judgement under several of theseconcluded judgements, the fact that there are witnesses some of whom are important juristschoosen from important people of that region is on important subject which should bementioned.Besides, the fact that there is no or less registration about theft shows how people aresensitive on these issuas in that age.
