Abstract (EN)

The thesis focuses on researching the reconstruction process of the Şeyh Bahşi Lodge and its associated Sheik House. The literature review encompasses fundamental concepts in Sufism, cultural heritage preservation, and restoration fields. The primary objectives of the study include emphasizing the historical significance of Şeyh Bahşi Tekke, thoroughly examining the restoration process of the collapsed Şeyh Evi, and evaluating its societal and cultural impacts. The methodology of the research involves various data collection methods such as archival studies, field research, observation, interviews, and literature review. The findings section presents a detailed analysis of the history of Şeyh Bahşi Lodge, the process of the collapse of Sheik House, and the reconstruction of Sheik House. Architectural decisions made during the restoration process, resource utilization, and societal impacts are discussed. The results include an assessment of the successes, challenges, and contributions to the preservation of cultural heritage through restoration. The study concludes that it significantly contributes to the understanding of sustaining the cultural heritage of Şeyh Bahşi Lodge and the societal impacts of the restoration process.
