The principle of seperation of powers and tend to strengthening of the executive in Turkey (1980-2010)

In the study, the theoretical structure of classical parliamentary system and the application of the separation of powers, were examined in a historical integrity. This theoretical framework of the classical structure of the system of parliamentary institutions and their relations with each other are discussed. In the light of this data, the existing institutions of the Turkish parliamentary system and the constitutional position and relationships with each other, have been revealed. These relationships, system to reproduce itself in the process of emerging trends in the strengthening of the executive, separation of powers and parliamentary practice is discussed in terms of their effects on my site.
