Effectiveness of the Northeast Anatolia Development Agency in 2011 and 2013 SME financial support programs

The general purpose of this study is; To evaluate the financial support provided by the Northeast Anatolia Development Agency (KUDAKA) under the SME Financial Support Programs implemented in 2011 and 2013. The special purpose of the work based on a field research is; The results and impacts of the projects implemented in the Erzurum-Erzincan and Bayburt provinces, which have been awarded the Agency's support in 2011 and 2013 and whose project implementation processes have come to an end, on employment, production, investment, export, marketing and other elements of regional development and the projects of Northeast Anatolia Development Agency to evaluate project implementation processes. As a result of the work, the enterprises receiving support under the SME Financial Support Program in 2011 and 2013; the increase in the amount of production, the increase in the market size of the products they sell, and the employment.
