The evaluation of Northeast Anatolia Development Agency on regional enterprises

The aim of this study; starting with earlier stages of development agencies, research to establish, judicial and administrative process in Turkey. Assessing effectiveness of Northeast Development Agency on businesses also. In this context, one-on-one meeting were held with companies benefiting from KUDAKA support in Erzurum Bayburt and Erzincan. Relational model was used in the research. The research datas were collected by interview form consisting of 27 open ended questions. The collected datas were analyzed by SPSS 21 analysis programme. Research results show that agency support has a significant positive impact on businesses. The amount of production, the number of personnel and the turnover have increased, and it has been revealed that a large majority of enterprises are willing to apply for new supports. Enterprises that are not satisfied with the support programs are minority.
