Clothing desing teachers opinion on applicability and current application of total quality management system on teaching

In this thesis, the aim is to obtain clothing design Teachers opinion on applicability and current application of total quality management system on allgirls- vocational schools and to bring suggestion in line with the outcome. The searching includes five sections. In the first section , the problem itself and also searchings, its aims,importance, numericals and the description of the idioms have been studied. In the second section total quality management and the result of the total quality management which has adapted to the education. In the third section the method of searching , sampling population , the improvements of data device and statical analysis of data were explained. In the fourth section , data and their comments which were brought together statical analysis from the survey which prepared the solution of the main and sub problems were found. In the fifth section results and advises were found. The main model used in this research is the scan model. The author used a 42-question- long quizz scale to measure the teachers approach on total quality management application on education. 122 out of 147 clothing teacher who work in all-girls school of central district of Ankara responded to questionnaire.To analise statistical data, the Author used percentage,arithmetical mean, t test and variance analysis. Differences were tested at p=<.05 level. At the end of this thesis, there is a significant difference between how teachers value the total quality managemet system application on education and the prqactical application of it. This difference shows teachers give importance to the subject but they don?t always show the same importance when they use it. Also, although there are some little differences at aritmetical means about approach and application of total quality management system on teaching among ranks of teahers, it is not significant..
