The contribution of sector representatives for skills training at companies lesson which is studied at girls' vocational high school's graphic branch of graphic and photography department

The aim of this research is to determine the contribution of company?s officials to skills training at companies for the students who come from girls? vocational high schools giving grafic education. In the countries where technology and industry develop and change , especially developing countries like ours , the students? - graduated from vocational and technical secondary schools - having the capability that business life expects and having the skill and knowledge that developing technology requires is very important for the future of that country. One of the requirements of the economy is educating qualified intermediate staff and their being in the production. To achieve this, some precuations need to be taken to increase the employment and to give chance for practising in the real working environment. With these practises, school?s financial problems to buy new technologies for education will finish and students will learn their professions in real working environment. In this research , survey method was used to determine the students? skills training at companies according to students from girls? vocational high schools giving grafic education, companies and coordinator teachers. Survey method is a kind of research that aims to determine the latest existing condition and to deduce, compare and diagnose the students? main tendencies by using interview, questionaire etc.and materials like this . THe samples of this research are seniors from girls? vocational high schools giving grafic education, their coordinator teachers and companies they go for industry practising from Hatay, İzmir, Ordu, Sakarya, Samsun and Şanlıurfa.
