Özet (EN)

At the first part of that study theoretical information has been given regarding synthesis, characterization and analysis method of L-tyrosine and L-tyrosine amino acids with metal chelates. At the second part of that study chelat complexes have been synthesised of L-tyrosine amino acid which is used as ligand with aluminium and magnesium metal ions. Then structures of these complexes have been characterized by UV-Vis, FT-IR, 1H-NMR and mass spectrometry. At the last part of that study stability constants have been calculated of L-tyrosine and L-tyrosine metal chelate complexes by potentiometric titration using methods of Irwing-Rosotti and Half-n. According to this dissociation constants of L-tyrosine have been found as log K1 = 9,271 and log K2 = 2,220, formation constants of Mg(II) L-tyrosine chelate complex have been found as log K1 = 2,660 and log K2 = 2,998, Al(III)- L-tyrosine chelate complex have been found as log K1 = 7,268 and log K2 = 7,597.Regarding to experimental results, structures of metal chelate complexes have been explained which have been formed by ratio 2:1 (ligand-metal).Key Words: Magnesium-L- tyrosine chelate complex, Aluminium-L- tyrosine chelate complex, Half-n Methode, Irwing-Rossotti Methode.
