Abstract (EN)

This research is based upon the harmonic and form analysis of the famous composer of the classic era Ludwig van Beethoven?s Op.13 ?Pathetique? Piano Sonata. The main intention for this work is to expose the harmonic and form information and the solution techniques of this master piece in order to use in the academic field.As a result of this research some vital discoveries were also made regarding this master piece.Written in respect of form, the begining (intro) of this master piece with the slow tempo is remarkable for its diversity and unique in nature from the normal sonata technique. The last part of the masterpiece is again a beautiful example rondeau form. The harmonic structure is eye-catching and a clear example for its usage of harmonic rules as well as using them irregular.This master piece, contains the all the clear examples of harmony and form knowledge in the music education during the solving of a master piece. The techniques of combing of literature and the portrayal description are used during this reasearch. Key Words: 1- Music Education 2- Music Theory 3- Pathetique Sonata
